Oak Ridge's Christmas parade rolls down the Oak Ridge Turnpike on Saturday, December 12, 2026, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. It starts at Lafayette Drive and the Oak Ridge Turnpike and travels east toward the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce at 1400 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. Watching is free. With more than 100 entries and an awards competition it runs the full two and a half hours, and the route is open sidewalk with no built seating — bring your own chairs. The Turnpike itself closes, so park in the shopping-center lots along it before 5:30 p.m. This is a night parade in December, so hand warmers and blankets are not optional with kids.
