A free toddler program at the East Tennessee History Center, 601 S. Gay Street, Knoxville, TN 37902, on Monday, November 16, 2026, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. November's second Little History Lesson is farming, taught the way the whole series works — a story, something real to look at and a hands-on activity, built for ages 2 to 5 with a caregiver along. Museum admission is free through February 14, 2027, and the program is free too, but the group is small and registration is required, so reserve before you drive down. It is a downtown Gay Street address, so plan on a garage or metered street parking rather than a lot. Stay afterward and walk the museum, open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. More info: https://www.easttnhistory.org/programs-events/
